| Hello, my name, as you can see
on my qsl, is Roberto, but in radio I like to use Bob is shorter and during dxing
is better. I was born in 1955 on 7th May, I am married from 1980 with Tiziana ( a
good yl she doesn't like radio and amateur radio, but of couse she doesn'
hate them ....) I have two girls Raffaella and Daniela.
My work is blacksmith shop store. My first exeperience with radio was during the militar service in the transmission branch and at the end of this period I begine to use radio on CB. In 1978 I received my first licence with the call IW2BNJ, but the passion for radio wasn' t so great and I put the call, licence and radio in a corner... After my marriage in 1980, I begane to use again the radio with great passion, but my licence unfortunatly it was out of order. So I made a new request and recived a new call IW2DYO, and in this period a studied for the full licence, So in 1985 I recivede my licence and the next year my actual call IK2LOL. My preference in radio are HF band with SSB and RTTY and all new digital modes but some times I work also VHF and 50MHz. I prefer to work contest and DX , but I like also beautiful qso with om met on radio some years ago... |
